Just a reminder – the RRRS will be meeting on Tuesday at 6:30 at the Denison Public Library, 300 W. Gandy.

Red River Rose Society (RRRS) is a local, non-profit organization with a growing membership. We are affiliated with the American Rose Society (ARS) and are dedicated to the study, enjoyment, enhancement, cultivation and promotion of the Rose in the North Texas Area.

Meetings

The Red River Rose Society meets on the third Tuesday of each month (except in July and August) at 6:30 p.m. at the Denison Public Library, 300 W Gandy, Denison.

Our meetings are open to everyone and offer great speakers, Consulting Rosarian advice, door prizes, and fellowship with other rosarians.

Fellowship

A fellowship and dining precedes each meeting. The members meet at 5 p.m. at Huck's Catfish and Sea Food in downtown Denison. The address is on Huck’s Catfish, 2811 Trail Dr., Denison.

Our newsletter, Roses on the Red, and editor, Carole Mainwaring, recently won the American Rose Society's Gold Medal for the best newsletter in the nation for 2009. The newsletter won for its superb content of society news and excellent rose growing information.

Annual Dues

Annual membership dues are $20 per family, which includes the monthly newsletter, Roses on the Red, free seminars, garden tours, social events, and a great deal of fun! Go to the Newsletter Page for details.
